From social networking to iTunes to the billboard charts, Justin Bieber is already a dominating presence in the music industry...... and he hasn't even released his debut album.Twitterholic.com reports that Justin is now in the top 600 of all Twitter users, recently passing up celebrities like Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson and Ben Stiller. He was even mentioned in a tweet from Taylor Swift!
