Justin Bieber visits Children's Hospital

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Patients at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters got quite a surprise Saturday afternoon.

Teen star Justin Bieber stopped by ahead of his concert at the Norfolk Scope.

Bieber greeted kids in the hospital's playroom. He also met with sailors and their families at the Navy Exchange at Naval Air Station Oceana.

Bieber injured his knee injury at a concert earlier
