Justin Bieber will not stop breaking hearts wherever they go. But this time, one of the Canadian singer's fans, exceed the bounds of sanity.

And is that his 13 years of age, this girl is dressed in white wedding attire to propose marriage to the interpreter of 'Baby', 17 years old.
"Marry me," reads the sign that the Israeli girl, named Hallel Goldman  from Tel Aviv, Justin Bieber offered this week in that country one concert.
